School Schedule:

The Basic Farrier Course is sixteen weeks; 576 clock hours. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with one hour off for lunch and Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm. The eight-hour day will consist of approximately one hour of lecture and seven hours of lab.

Fall 2008 term: July 14, 2008 -October 31, 2008. (There will be no school on Labor day. Time will be made up.) Note: The fall class will only take place if 6 or more
students are registered by July 1, 2008.

Winter 2009 term: January 5, 2009 - May 1, 2009 (One week may be taken off to attend the American Farriers Association Convention. This will be determined by the Instructor.)
